Train the Trainer
Trinity's trainers have significant experience training the trainer.Our people have provided instructional training and guidance to many of the trainers working today in the professional training industry as well as those training for private corporations.
Our two day instructor training includes in-depth discussions on tactics and techniques and several live-action labs. The course culminates with a mini-class presentation by each student that is graded and critiqued. The student is responsible for developing the mini-class training goals, syllabus, and courseware.
